Not Much To Do But....

There are two meter high snowdrifts outside. All trails and other walking places are impassable. Not much else to do while waiting for the "big melt" but to sit by the fire and wait for a bug to make a move in the woodpile.

Prince Albert National Park in Saskatchewan is a magical place - so full of wildlife and beautiful scenery. In winter you can add peaceful and quiet. Thank goodness it's not on the Trans Canada Highway.

The snowing just won't stop. That stuff in the photo is not light and fluffy... I swear you could cut blocks and build an igloo. I hope it isn't August before we see green again.
